Saudade are not responsible for items that do not fit because of inaccurate measurements. Saudade commissioned items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds do to the fact that they are well... CUSTOM!

Please email us before returning your item(s) to confirm that your item is eligible for exchange. This also allows us to make sure we have the necessary materials to complete your return, as some items are limited edition and there is only a limited quantity of material available. The buyer is responsible for all return-shipping and re-shipment charges. The original item must be returned to in its original condition (unworn, unaltered, and odorless) within 15 days from the date of delivery.
